Returns & Exchanges

At Sia Marias Designs, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase are required.

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

To start the process, email us at sales@siamariasdesigns.com and we’ll provide return instructions. If your request is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and the shipping details.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Some items are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Custom or personalized designs

  • Discounted or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please reach out immediately with photos so we can make it right.

Exchanges

Need something different? The quickest method is to return your original order. Once it’s approved, you can place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the decision.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
